Welcome to Eclectic Party Room—your new favorite event space! Located just minutes from beautiful Lake Martin, our 2,400 sq. ft. venue at 2452 Kowaliga Rd in Eclectic, Alabama is the perfect setting for your next celebration. Whether you’re hosting a birthday bash, bridal shower, family reunion, or creative workshop, our space is designed to bring your vision to life.

Eclectic Party Room features a spacious layout with a large serving bar, a built-in stage for live entertainment or speakers, and three bathrooms for guest convenience. The kitchen and prep area is fully equipped with a cooler, ice machine, three-compartment sink, and plenty of stainless steel prep space—making it easy for you or your caterer to keep things running smoothly.

In addition to private rentals, Eclectic Party Room is excited to host a variety of fun and interactive events open to the public! From sip and stroke painting parties and jewelry-making workshops to cake and cookie decorating classes, charcuterie and sushi-building sessions, wine tastings, and so much more—there’s always something creative and delicious happening here. Whether you come to learn, create, or just have a good time, our events are designed to bring people together and make memories.

Rental Rates

Planning an event at Eclectic Party Room is easy and affordable. Below is our current pricing structure:
Standard Rental
  • $75 per hour (Monday–Thursday, 4-hour minimum)
  • $95 per hour (Friday–Sunday, 4-hour minimum)

Rental time includes setup and cleanup.

Full-Day Rental
  • $600 for up to 12 hours (Monday–Thursday)
    $800 for up to 12 hours (Friday-Sunday)
    Perfect for weddings, reunions, or all-day events. Includes everything in the standard rental, with the convenience of extended time.
Included in Your Rental
  • Full access to our 2,400 sq. ft. venue
  • Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests
  • Use of kitchen/prep area, including:
    • Large 3-door cooler
    • Ice machine
    • 3-compartment sink
    • Stainless steel prep counters
  • Access to large serving bar

  • On-site parking

Rules

  1. Booking and Payment:
    • non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
    • Payments can be made via credit card or ACH.

  2. Rental Period:
    • Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Without special permission, events must conclude by 10:30 pm, with cleanup completed by midnight.
    • Overtime will be charged at $200 per hour or part thereof.

  3. Alcohol and Smoking:
    • Alcoholic beverages are permitted only with prior approval and the necessary permits. The renter is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

  4. Food and Catering:
    • All food must be prepared off-site. Use of the kitchen/prep area is limited to warming and plating.
    • The renter is responsible for ensuring that all catering equipment is removed immediately following the event.

  5. Decorations:
    • Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or ceilings. The use of tape, nails, staples or adhesives is prohibited.
    • Open flames, including candles, are not permitted.
    •  
  6. Music and Noise:
    • Live music and DJs are allowed; however, volume levels must comply with local noise ordinances. All music must cease by 10:30 pm.

  7. Cleanup:
    • The renter is responsible for returning the venue to its original condition. All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in designated receptacles.
    • Failure to adequately clean the venue may result in additional cleaning fees.
    •  
  8. Liability and Insurance:
    • The renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests and any damage to the venue.
    • Depending on the nature of the event, proof of liability insurance may be required.
    •  
  9. Security:
    • At venue owner’s discretion, for large events or where alcohol is served, professional security personnel may be required at the renter’s expense.
    •  
  10. Cancellations:
    • Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable; however, if cancellation occurs at least 21 days before the event, the deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.

  11. Compliance:
    • The renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations during the event.
